newsreader-docker is incomplete #6

Goal: pull a docker image that runs the NewsReader pipeline on an input txt file.

There is a Dockerfile on Hub called newsreader-docker:

docker pull vanatteveldt/newsreader-docker

Problem: Docker only contains ixa-pipe-pos, Alpino and ixa-pipe-nerc; none of the subsequent modules.
