Simplifying Headland #104

Today we have 2 types of Headlands: Driven (with an associated shape) and Constant Offset (n units of distance from the edge of the field). Can we simplify Headland to discard the 2 types and simply always require multi/polygon data for any headlands?

Agreement in 28 June 2023 meeting to simplify headland to a name and a shape. The type and creation information can be removed. Also decided was renaming FieldBoundary.InteriorBoundaryAttributes to Obstacles.
