Does a WorkRecord require a Field? #107

Currently WorkRecord & WorkOrder extend from a base object where Field is required. @aferreyra has suggested there may be work record data where the field is simply not known, and in these cases Field should be optional.

Agreement in 26 July 2023 meeting that WorkRecord should require a Field. Since the ADAPT standard is for transfer of processed data, just as we require a virtual/unknown Farm in the GFF hierarchy where not supported, we can require an "Unknown" field here.
