We have historically used "crop" and "commodity" to differentiate the thing planted vs. the thing harvested.
However, commodity has the primary definition of being an undifferentiated good. For clarity, I propose we replace the several usages "Harvested Commodity" with "Harvested Produce" or "Harvested Product" to clarify that Adapt is not modeling whether or not the harvested product is commoditized.
