I have a few new data definitions to propose:

Time Zone. Text. Time zone identifier from the IANA/tz database. Scope: Operation
Seed Spacing Variation. Numeric - percentage. Average percentage of seeds varying from defined spacing. Scope: Variable
Duty Cycle. Numeric - percentage. The percentage of time something is on, e.g. nozzles on a pulse width modulation sprayer. Scope: Variable

All agreed in the 13 March 2024 meeting, with agreement that the Timezone definition be more specific to guard against unintended usage.

Revised definition: "Time zone identifier from the IANA/tz database, defining the local time zone for any spatial data within a Document. May be used to interpret ADAPT's required UTC timestamps into a local time for any spatial data."

Agreement in 27 March meeting to make timezone a property on the Field (and possibly other things in future such as Facility) vs. a DTD. Definition will be "Time zone identifier from the IANA/tz database, defining the local time zone for a Field. May be used to interpret ADAPT's required UTC timestamps into a local time for that Field."

Other 2 DTDs agreed in 13 March 2024 meeting.
