DataLogTrigger does not need ID/ContextItems #59

The function of a DataLogTrigger in ISOXML is to instruct the TaskController to log certain types of data as it is able. The entity is retained in ADAPT for ostensibly the sole purpose of being able to construct a well-formed ISO prescription.

It is only included by value on WorkItem and as such does not need a reference id. The case to be made for uniqueIds and context items is tenuous. It is hard to envision a case where anyone is maintaining additional identifiers or contextual information on what is a formatting instruction.
