Fixes fusion chamber not dropping #1 , and also adds fortune to the gemstones added by this mod #2

Thanks. I'm reviewing this now. I wasn't planning on working on this and releasing the next update until sometime in November or December. I already knew the Fusion Chamber wasn't dropping, I was already planning on fixing that. I'm really busy in real life, so please have patience.
