we might still want to make the text smaller or less red? still pretty abrasive/unfriendly.

@evantarrh @thebrianzeng @danrschlosser How about this? Moved the header style down to 3 and changed the color to black

Also, as a stylistic issue here I made all the instances of the word email in docs and the auth page spell email without a dash. Didn't update the screenshot since the change was minor visually.
