Potential Updates to Predictions #220

Based off this link, we may need to update prediction algorithm.

I suspect that along with "normal" time series modeling algorithms (like ARIMA or GPs or whatever), we'll want some "hand-curated" features from the Columbia calendar (like (1) is this finals week) or whatever.
