figure out how to specify time #25

start/end Format : YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm/YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm

i would prefer to specify the start and end:

/start/YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm/end/YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm/

So back to /windows/YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm/YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm since ISO 8601 has a format for time intervals.
