Support Added for Audio codec, Wifi/BT ,USB OTG and UART MRAA #24

  1. Added v4lcap tool, requires to test ov13855 sensor, Enabled SVNS RTC support and USB OTG
  2. Enabled SAI clock config for Codec and corresponding Alsa-state and pulseaudio configuration
  3. Enabled Marvell driver (btxxx) for BT
  4. loading sdsd8997_combo_v4.bin , by default imx8mp supports sd-sd mode on wifi/bt.
  5. Enabled UART3 for console log and uart2 for MRAA.
