Fun to see that someone is looking at this, this was my master’s project.
My environment for the project was a monster and I don’t remember the details. And my documentation was poor as you can see.
- I was using matpower via this Octave which was some kind of Matlab port to open source
- I would have used whatever was the latest version of python 6 years ago.
- I didn´t include a requirements file - I don´t know what package versions I was running
I would consider scrapping Octave oct2py and Matpower and switching to Pandapower which is python native.
Trying to integrate this with Matpower was a headache and was unreliable at best.
I doubt this is much help, but I wish you the best. Let me know if you get it running.
