Each team member (or participant to the development of this project) should study the standards of data interchange in banking systems, in particular and especially the ISO 20022 standard, up to a reasonable understanding of why and how they are used.
This will help deepen their understanding of the project at hand (webank) and will go a long way to make the product robust as it will be compliant with modern, secure standards.
