Develop the repository to interact with the core banking database for storing and retrieving BankAccountAccess objects.

Database Design:

Entity BankAccountAccess

Define the structure of the BankAccountAccess entity, which will manage access control for bank accounts. Fields:

• accountId: The ID of the bank account.
• entityId: The ID of the entity (natural person or legal person) associated with this access.
• scope: Allowed actions (e.g., read balance, execute payment, manage access).
• weight: Type of access, ranging from 0 to 1, where 1 is full access.
• conditions: Conditions on access (e.g., monetary limits, time constraints).
• status: Indicates whether access is active, restricted, or suspended.
• policies: Policies associated with the access.
