HTC Espresso aka T-mobile MyTouch 3g Slide #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Using the app
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have pc recognize connection.  The app seems to function, the pc is not 
recognizing it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V. 1.2.  Ubuntu 10.04 x64, Win7 x64.  The phone is android 2.1 w/Espresso Sense.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried everything I can think of to make this work.  This sounds like a 
similar issue as the EVO, however, as a different device, something may be 
different.   The phone has only the stock ROM w/root and busybox.

Try what I did to get this to work on the Evo.  Hopefully this helps:
