Tether won't turn off #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Phone asked me for permission for something when running tether, I
accidentally hit always deny
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version on HTC Hero CDMA

Please provide any additional information below.
Any idea how to redo this permissions?

Go into Apps Draw thingy -> Superuser Permissions. Remove all the permissions.

Then try going back into the app.
