That the connection appears in my connection list.
Does not appear
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wired Thther 1.4 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Samsung Exhibit II 4G (Galaxy S) ROOTED
WIFI Tether works just fine. I don't know weather I'm not using correct 
settings. Tried USB debugging ON/OFF
