Defined Observability Implementation #35

As defined from the Observability Metrics. These three Observability metrics would be implemented during this project:

  1. Transaction Volume
  2. Throughput
  3. Revenue and Conversion Rates

As referred by the faculty using Prometheus would be an good options, as API calls would be directly integrated.
