ADTPro crashes with a screen full of garbage with superbad(tm) disks #51

When a disk is going through a transfer that is really marginal (not just unformatted, say) and it struggles to read, it can end up crashing and flipping to text page 2.

It happens when the buffer's full, there were some/most/all problematic reads, and just switches over to start sending.
