[GUI]: Add scale for pinch message #10

Add another slider (tk.Scale) to send "pinch type" messages. The slider is associated with checkboxes: (one box for finger). The slider is enabled only if 2 checkboxes are selected (because pinch message must have exactly two finger names)

About commit d66ef2a35d5dcf0800494e8db5ac180a206c816b Travis fail seems related to the fact that it can't "install" ros, because some fails during the download of it. Clicking on the details there are some errors like: 1896 The command "sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-desktop ros-kinetic-srdfdom" exited with 100. and 2011 The program 'roscore' is currently not installed. To run 'roscore' please ask your administrator to install the package 'python-roslaunch

By the way, on my machine the new commit works
