Hal xbot2 matlogger #79

MatLogger things to logging data. The logger is optional (you can leave the path empty and nnothing will be logged) so I think we can merge

The thing is that matlogger is an additional dependency needed (even if not used): do we want this?

I think we should use it, so we can include it as a binary dependency!
