arm1_8 && arm2_7 missing #3

These two links are missing from the urdf model. They are typically used as end effector links on current centauro stacks.

Do you mean arm2_8 right? Because arm2_7 is present. The missing links regards the end-effectors indeed, I will add them in the following days.

Just added ball-end effectors with missing links.

Actually the joints were there (j_arm1_8 etc) but not the links. I have added armX_8 to be the same as ballX.
