5 years ago How do you mean? "Linux on Dex" is more platform specific, and is essentially doing what WSL does for Windows already (in that it runs a Linux userspace in a container and gives you that). If you mean Dex itself, which gives a desktop mode to phones, not exactly.
This is more to give a phone interface, to desktop devices/windows phones/tablets/single-board computers/etc. in order to make WindowsOnArm a little more usable for those devices with small screens.
