Add an option to disable prioritizePower when auto-crafting (use the worst crafting CPU). #446

Me and some of my friends do not want that manual auto-crafting uses the best CPU it could use. So this aims to fix that, because there was no option I added it.

This adds new config option in category craftingCPU, named disablePrioritizePower that would disable prioritizePower option when manually auto-crafting. Default option for this false, so it does not change current behavior.
