Tiny TNT is not absorbed by Embers Explosion Charm #469

Describe the bug Since no explosion start event is fired, the embers explosion charm cannot cancel the explosion. Although the detonate event is fired, the start event is still needed for the charm to cancel the explosion.

To Reproduce

  1. Equip Explosion Charm
  2. Place tiny TNT
  3. Prime tiny TNT with redstone

Expected behavior Tiny TNT does not destroy blocks or do damage to entities.
