Don't use 3.3v fro CP2102n #8

Remove 3.3V/5V switch. Remove 3.3V inline resistor. Disconnect 3.3V pad on CP2102n. Use the 3.3V that comes back from the devkit instead

Actually, this is fine. I don't know why I thought the 3.3V from the CP2012n didn't work, maybe something else was broken at the time
