Description When the player defeats all of the enemies on the map. The game doesn't get any harder.
Expected behavior When the player defeats all of the enemies on the map. The game gets harder as the enemies respawn tougher.
Reproduction Steps Play Panic Multiplayer. Bump enemy from underneath. Kick enemy off of map. Do this four times. No enemies respawn.

Additional Notes Map height was hard coded and for playability the map height was shrunk. Troy fixed this bug, but wants a paper trail.
