Test pixy with turret code/robot #18

  1. Make sure that the Pixy code is compatible with the FRC code
  2. Check with electrical about powering, wiring, and robot rules on separate batteries
  3. Create a target with reflective tape
  4. Test if the pixy can see the target. Check max angles and max distance
