Move AEBaseBlock.AXIS_ORIENTATION into QuartzPillarBlock since it's used only there

Organize imports in the AEBaseBlock (i don't think PropertyEnum is needed there).

Also, i added you to team, so next times you can work directly on this repo :smile: .
