Implement a JEI integration

This should be tagged as a feature.

We should include a JEI integration that would provide the usual things a player expects:

• Show recipes made in AE machines (charger, grindstone, etc.)
• Possible describe how singularities are made
• Matter Condenser
• Oregen (?)
• Presses (?)

Should be pretty easy compared to NEI including the recipe transfer.

It should also support most things we need already. Like being able to read/change the search field. I bugged mezz enough about them just in case.

That would be WAILA and not NEI (or JEI)

For search field integration we can take a look how EnderIO did it for it's inventory panel, so that should be easy to do

Applied Energistics is currently in not-compile-able state, with many changes ahead. Once AE can be run, open a new issue (or reopen this one).
