fix localisation and block models #97

these commits fix the localisation files and block models. note that not all the block models are final, as orientation is currently broken. fixing Item models is next on my list edit: I see #70, if needed i'll re-do the pull request without the render models.

Because these affect only assets, if possible, base/rebase on 1.10.2-rv3-restructuring branch and target it. That's because this way, we will have less conflicts when we merge. Once restructuring branch is merged, i will retarget and merge this PR.
