how to input spectral response function? #26

Hi. I wonder if I can input the spectral response function for a particular channel to get the variables for that channel?

@kcadyper i think you are better qualified to explain this process. i know i've done this for our VOC-CrIS work but you have a better idea of how to do it.

Take a look at the LBLRTM input file (TAPE5) in the run_examples/run_example_user_defined_upwelling directory. Line 403 shows you how to set up sinc spectral response function to be applied in frequency space. For information the available spectral response functions see record 10.1 in the LBLRTM instructions. Note that calling these functions requires setting the ISCAN parameter (see record 1.2) to 3.
