Error building on Ubuntu #14

Hi, I am attempting to build MT_CKD_H2O 4.3 on WSL Ubuntu and am getting a NETCDF error: Fatal Error: Cannot open included file ‘netcdf.inc’

I installed the netcdf packages for Ubuntu but the error is not solved. Have you encountered this error before? Thank you for your time and please let me know if you have any questions.

I installed all packages starting with "libnetcdf" and it compiled.
