• [x] UI: determine why file download is inconsistent for experimenters who are valid members
• [x] API/DB: delete a user - set user as inactive and disallow access to anything other than otherwise anonymous content
• [x] API/DB: add following fields to the user profile
  • employer/organization (* mandatory for role request)
  • position/title (* mandatory for role request)
  • field of research

future work - UI: capture SSH output as a file for user to optionally download and review - currently SSH output is output to STDOUT of the container - may be useful for debugging if long lived SSH sessions continue to be part of the interactions from portal to ops-server
