Awesome work! But there are several missing files in "4_Tracing_and_classification/src", including "calc_gauss3D_PD.m", "create_box.m", "fit_gauss3D_PD.m", and "initial_class_kmean.m". Would you like to check and update these files? Thanks!

One more question, the "Dsetvol" is deleted in: https://github.com/AET-MetallicGlass/Supplementary-Data-Codes/blob/63dfd3787d23b399d968eaab7f0eb02c2d1ec63c/4_Tracing_and_classification/Main_polynomial_tracing.m#L75 But reused in: https://github.com/AET-MetallicGlass/Supplementary-Data-Codes/blob/63dfd3787d23b399d968eaab7f0eb02c2d1ec63c/4_Tracing_and_classification/Main_polynomial_tracing.m#L178 which indicates that the code can't run. Would you like to update the code?
