Basic plotting script #34

Added basic plotting script, associated param file and updated README.md

This is excellent, thanks. Pending a couple of chats I'd like to eliminate everything in script/analysis in favor of this, since it's a much better place to start and, you know, actually maintained a bit.

Added the capability to make the output directory if it doesn't exist, and made the analysis defaults a bit more general w/instructions in case people are really in a hurry.

Note that 2D field overlay is a bit funky, though: torus_basic_plot_0000
