WIP Quash coefficients #60

This adds some values to the inscrutable emission_type parameter, which "turn off" various emission/absorption/rotation coefficients.

Not sure whether it should ever make it into master, but it's worth keeping around

This is very out-of-date and could be done with runtime params now. Closing as a contender for merging to dev as-is
