This code in basically this form (actually commit 1e14c7a) was used for the 2022 PaperV image set and should be merged to master as stable (not least so we can merge or try any new experiments in dev rather than maintaining it as the branch everyone uses).
It has since gained better coefficient fit/caclulation code, but this has served basically to eliminate NaNs without futher transport changes.
This branch also adds correct B field reversal as required for future imaging sets.
