Variable names are in incorrect position in csv exports, "community" is showing #606

[ ] DCode variable name is missing, and subsequent variable names are off in position by one column
[ ] "community" is present as a label which should be 'cluster'

currently unable to export any data from staging to test this (as also commented in slack)
