Discussed at 24 Oct Dev meeting. @DevSeg will coordinate discussion with dev team for possible ways forward, such as a streamlined web-based UI to change passwords that is accessible to mobile users when online on mobile devices.
Per @Eutit5 's request I removed the concept of changing the default password generation scheme. This could be put in a separate issue if pursued later
need more information on the nature of the challenges, currently supervisors support password issues will revisit after discussion with country staff
Situation: Users, especially mobile users, find the default password format challenging to manage. When new app versions are published user report being forced to re-install the app and often don't have their password available. Since the passwords are cryptic/generated, it is not easily possible to remember. Mobile users do not have an easy way to set their own password either since they don't typically use the computer browser to log into APMIS.

Comment: This issue will need to be updated based on discussions
