R-Click on dashboard sidebar tab opens wrong link #718

When right clicking on the "Dashboard" sidebar tab (e.g., open link in new window), the link opened is https://afghanistan-apmis.com/main/dashbords (the old link) not https://dashboard.afghanistan-apmis.com

Right clicking on the link now immediately opens the dashboard in a new window. As right click opens a context elsewhere in APMIS and generally in a browser, this does not seem like intuitive behavior

For this I suggest just disabling Right click functionality, if it cannot be made to perform in a similar way as on other UI elements
