Wallet Connect #164

As Part of this issue this pull request introduces the following features:

  1. Adds a new component for connecting to Web3 wallets in Expo Web environments
  2. Implements functionality to disconnect from connected wallets
  3. Provides a mechanism to view the currently connected wallet

To test this: Click on Tip on any notes and click on EVM option. this modal will appear
