refactor: footer component

This pull request updates the Footer component in both the PWA and website applications to use the next/image and next/link components for better performance and accessibility. The most important changes include replacing img tags with Image components, replacing a tags with Link components, and adding additional attributes for lazy loading and accessibility.

• Replaced img tags with Image components for better performance and lazy loading in apps/pwa/src/app/components/Footer.tsx and apps/website/src/app/components/Footer.tsx.
• Replaced a tags with Link components to improve navigation and accessibility in apps/pwa/src/app/components/Footer.tsx and apps/website/src/app/components/Footer.tsx.
