Live Chat System Improvements & Bug Fixes

Changes

Fixed live chat message retrieval by properly handling NDK event subscriptions
Resolved scroll behavior issues in Created Streams view
Added reply functionality to live chat messages following NIP-10 spec

Technical Details

Added reply support in sendLiveMessage nostr hook proper tag formatting:

```
