Processing .ibw images #858

Greetings all,

I am Vaishali Sharma, a 4th year PhD student at Michigan technological university, US. My work focuses on imaging viruses with AFM after antiviral treatments. I came across this after attending AFMBiomed school in 2022. Thank you all who have worked on this application to make the life a AFM user easy. I work with a Asylum MFP3 and thereby the data is generated in .ibw format. As I am a new user of topostats can someone help me process my images in correct format?

Apologies on taking so long to get back to you @vaishali2196, can you provide a description of the issue when loading your .ibw files?

The files should be loaded from our sister software AFMReader and so TopoStats should only need the file_extension value in the configuration file (made using topostats create-config -f <config_name>.yaml once TopoStats has been installed) tured to "ibw" instead of the default "spm".
