A separate config file for Plotting.py (or anything related to data visualisation in general)

A plot theme or at least a default matplotlib colourmap with traditional AFM colourscale?

I've been writing an ideal config file here https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1_j4PQH0a2NxKl69coTfZ4GyXGz5CS_gr with some ideas based on what the industrial collaborators need. I've tried to comment as much as I can so it makes sense.
