Add playwright with example tests #472

Added playwright test framework
Removed old cypress tests, replaced them with equivalent playwright e2e tests
Added test commands to package.json (npm run test, npm run test-cu, npm run test-e2e and npm run test-e2e-ui)
Added example e2e, component and unit tests
Added simple Assistant e2e test
Added test for treemapToElement utility function that uses a harness component
Added documentation to /README.md
Added github actions workflow that runs component & unit testing only
