Integer alarm doesn't have recurrence #235

I realised that the IntegerAlarmNode is somehow not a buffer node but triggers on the first value corresponding to an alarm_value. I guess this is not on purpose? At least the website suggests that recurrence matters for integer alarms as well, so change one or the other.
