This was used to deal with the case that a valve might be closed when its value is 0 or when it is 1. Like this we could show the correct text on the control button in the sensor modal. I believe this is now unnecessary due to changes in Doberman. If so, I suggest to delete/raplace it here (the only place where it is used).
