Camera image processing #2

Determine if it's possible to send a video stream from the cRIO to the smart 
dashboard.  The goal would be to do some minimal vision processing, to add 
crosshairs and/or hashmarks to the camera image, to aid the driver in targeting.

It may be possible to create an extension for the SmartDashboard, for example 
to overlay a static image (with transparent background) onto the live image 
from the camera.  Reference:
